The legal terms governing your use of assistents.ai.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using assistents.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Ampcome Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Description of Service

assistents.ai is an enterprise Agentic Intelligence Platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI agents for business automation. Our service includes web interfaces, APIs, documentation, and support resources for developing and operating intelligent agent systems.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during account creation
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use assistents.ai for:

  • Any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity
  • Harassing, threatening, abusing, or defaming any person or entity
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code
  • Circumventing security measures or accessing restricted areas
  • Excessive automated access or scraping of the platform
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and technology on assistents.ai, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of Ampcome Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use assistents.ai for lawful purposes only.

You retain ownership of any content you create or input into assistents.ai. By using our service, you grant Ampcome a license to use your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMPCOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ASSISTENTS.AI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ampcome Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of assistents.ai
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights
  • Any content you upload or submit to the platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to assistents.ai at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability. Grounds for termination include:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Nonpayment of fees (if applicable)
  • Unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Engagement in illegal or harmful activities

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or your use of assistents.ai shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue legal action in the courts of Delaware as outlined above.

11. Changes to Terms

Ampcome Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to assistents.ai. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
